Also, our original tonkotsu ramen bowl was created by Yasuji Morizumi. Morizumi was the first ramen chef to ever get a Michelin star for his MIST restaurant in Hong Kong, and our Tokyo location of Harimazaka Morizumi has been a Bib Gourmand selection for 2 years running.
