The DOUG'S BURGER story starts from Miyakojima - a beach paradise island chain that is part of Okinawa. Nearby Tarajima has a population of only 1200, but they raise 5000 wagyu cattle. DOUG'S BURGER uses only this premium wagyu beef for all its burgers, and Miyakojima maguro for its tuna burgers. Cafe Company partnered with DOUG'S BURGER to bring their brand to our LE GARAGE in Hirshoma.
