CAFE SALVADOR represents the culmination of our Harvest Journey Project in 2012 that saw us replace all the coffee in all of our cafes with the single estate bean from San Miguel farm in Guatemala and Inza in Colombia. Our head barista Takeshi Wada went down to Guatemala and spent two month living in and working on the San Miguel farm. When he came back he created SALVADOR as the pinnacle of the coffee experience as offered by Cafe Company. The latin inspired menu features various tapas and sandwiches to go along with your expertly crafted cafe latte.
