On October 31st, 2017, Cafe Company Inc. will be bringing the LA based popular tea brand, Alfred Tea Room, to Japan. The flagship store will be based in Aoyama, whereas the second brand is set to open in LUMINE EST in Shinjuku.

ALFRED TEA ROOM is a brand with its signature millennial pink design and its accessible hand-selected premium teas, promotes a lifestyle for the modern woman which is more active and more creative, promoting a new lifestyle of tea for the modern age.

While these shops will of course offer the signature Alfred menu items like their Boba Milk Tea, Strawberry Milk Tea, and Matcha lattes, these shops will also offer special Japan exclusive menu items and events as well. With no sacrifice to quality, Cafe Company Inc. has worked with one of Japan's most premier tea masters, Takashi Ito, to provide the foremost teas for Alfred Japan's customers. We have also worked as Chef Patissiere at Chaya Microbiotics and Owner Patissiere at Kamakura's first vegan sweets shop "hal cafe 229," patissiere Okada Haruo will create an original and exclusively Vegan sweets menu for all Alfred customers.

Born on the charming and tree-lined streets of Melrose Place just a few doors down from the original Alfred Coffee location, Alfred Tea Room is a popular one-stop shop for all things tea - for locals, bloggers and celebrities alike. Known for both its "Insta-worthy" aesthetic as well as its supreme commitment to quality, this pink and brass-laden hangout offers favorites including ceremonial matcha lattes, a full line of house made milk teas (don't forget to add boba!), our signature Alfred Pink Drink, as well as a large selection of fine teas sourced from around the globe. As Alfred Tea Room's now famous neon slogan "Tea, Yes. You, Maybe." Proves, tea is no longer just a beverage - it's officially a lifestyle.

In the LA「ALFRED TEA ROOM」store, the first things that stands out to most people is the signature neon sign reading「Tea yes , You maybe」. "Tea, Always。You... Maybe not so much." These words paired with the pink interior of the shop paints the picture of the modern woman.
