Hakata9 renewal with DOUG'S BURGER
Hakata9, our new style food court with the JR Hakata Station was renovated with the addition of two new shops - DOUG'S BURGER, a burger shop from Okinawa that uses only Miyako-jima beef, and HAY HAY MAMBO, an Asian tapas bar.
In addition to the original WIRED CAFE and the French bistro Bon Marche, we announce the two new shops in Hakata9. HAY HAY PHO was our pho shop that has been renovated to include a more expansive menu, and now features tapas dishes from all over southeast Asia. DOUG'S BURGER is a small burger shop in Okinawa that partnered with to bring to Fukuoka.
Both of these new shops will open on February 2, 2017 (Thursday).

DOUG'S BURGER
First shop outside of Okinawa!
Using only the best wagyu beef from the Okinawan island of Miyako-jima.
Born in Japan, but now spending most of his time in California, Doug was a successfull Silicon Valley lawyer who loved vacationing in the resort islands of Okinawa. He fell in love with the beef from Miyako-jima, as well of the great seafood that is on offer there, so decided to open his first DOUG'S BURGER using only Miyako-jima beef for the burgers, and yellow-fin tuna for the maguro steak burger.

HAY HAY MAMBO
Our chefs traveled to Taiwan to study the Taiwanese style dim sum, and then mixed in flavors from all over South East Asia in order to create the menu for our new Asian tapas bar HAY HAY MAMBO.
Along with the varied dishes, you can enjoy a wide selection of beers and original cocktails.
