Currently our overseas locations are limited to Hong Kong (with franchises in Taipei and Bangkok), we hope to continue expanding overseas. Not just in Asia, we are looking to open locations in both Europe and North America.
The opening of New York's Italian eatery ROSEMARY'S marked the first time we opened a brand that was not originally created by Cafe Company. We hope to continue finding the best restaurant and cafe brands from overseas and helping bring them to the Japanese market.
With a goal to become a more global company, first we need more global minded people working for us. From 2014 we started actively hiring non-Japanese staff who are in Japan. Most of these staff are university students who are here studying abroad short term, but have started to add full-time employees to globalize internally. In the first 2 years of this hiring initiative, we have hired over 200 non-Japanese employees from over 100 different companies.
We are confident that there is no other Japanese customer service industry company that has been as successful at attracting top international talent.
