Lead by Chef Atsushi Nagata, who began his 30 year Chinese cuisine career at Taikan En in the Hotel New Otani, MINT MOON used Japanese ingredients in dynamic combinations to provide a new flavor Chinese cuisine. Specialties include the shark fin and Ise lobster.
