Located at the seaside resort FAMILIO TATEYAMA on the southern most tip of the Chiba peninsula, BUONO! serves authentic Italian cuisine to those on a weekend getaway from Tokyo. The authentic menu was designed by Cafe Company Executive Chef Masahiko Hagiwara who studied for years in Italy, opened up his own restaurants in Japan, and even appeared on Iron Chef. Ingredients are locally sources from the surrounding Chiba area.
